As Teaboy will be an ever evolving service, what are some of the features you would like to see? Here are some of the features that we hope to implement in the future (but far from limited to):

Modular Racks: Racks for the 500, 9000, TAB, Never series, etc. Modular racks that you can put gear into to display them together. put your 500 series modules in a 10 space API rack that displays all 10 at once on a single recall sheet for example.

User Presets: User definable presets. Use certain settings a lot? Make your own presets to store and recall them.

Gear editor: An editor that will allow people to add their own custom gear.

Sharing: Allowing people to share recall sheets, settings, content, etc.

DAW integration: A plugin that will link Teaboy to a DAW session.

Flow Charts: being able to view gear as a chain, such as with guitar pedals for example.

Input list: An input list for tracking sessions to document what inputs were used, what mics were used, what settings on the mics, etc.

What are some of your ideas?

The above features will not be in the first version of Teaboy but will be things added as the application progresses. The first point of order after Teaboy is released will be to work on a modular racks option (after fixing any potential bugs that could come up).

one related thing to add may be a two axis customizable chart, were you put the songs in one axis, and in the other you have the gear list, and also add slots like; arrangements, drum sound, "bass sound", vocal fx, etc etc like a production checklist.
may be interesting.

I like Wrekdahouse's idea of slots. I use chains of gear all the time, bass chain, vocal chain etc. It would be great to save chains and/or have them like slots next to a track that you could drop gear into.

This is an amazing piece of software, please keep on doing the great work you are doing with it.

Thanks

Once that you've save a preset how do you load it into other gear?

I'd love to see a printable Mechanical Drawing of the gear in your setup without preset knob positions, so I can create recall sheets manually, and then add them to the computer at a later time, its much easier to have a piece of paper with you to document the setting than to have to keep going back to the computer over and over again.

yes, yes, and yes! this program is great but needs more features like the ones stated in the first post. DAW integration is a must.

I would like to be able to straight copy and paste a piece of gear not just the settings so I dont have to go through the gear list again and a favorites list in the gear list so I dont have to go through all the gear when I only have a few pieces of outboard. Also it would be great if the trackpad worked better for zooming and sliding the gear around as I use a macbook for this application. Great app though and really digging it so far...
